Terms and Conditions for the BYY In Person Event

PAYMENTS

Payment details are on the Best Year Yet checkout page.  

There is a payment plan option to pay over 2 months, all payments must be made before the event begins.

REFUNDS

Due to limited ticket numbers, we cannot process any refunds. All sales are final. If you wish to transfer your place to another person, please let us know in writing to [email protected]

IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED

In the unlikely event the workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be given via the card you paid with.

YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel.

FOOD & DRINK ALLERGY

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Vegan and vegetarian food options will be available. Please also speak with a member of the team on the day and they will be able to advise accordingly.

LIABILITY 

We are not liable for any injuries you may incur during the workshop. We are not liable for any medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the workshop.. 

We do not accept any liability for items lost, stolen or damaged during or in connection with the workshop.

IMAGES

You consent to United ArtSpace Ltd using images taken of you during the workshop for advertising or promotional purposes in any medium. If you don’t want to be included in photography, please let us know before the workshop begins and we can make arrangements for you to be excluded.

18+ ONLY

Due to the nature of this event, attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
