From Bankruptcy to a 7-Figure Paint Party Business
Imagine hitting bankruptcy before you’re 30, feeling completely lost, and then turning it all around with a paintbrush. That’s exactly what Heidi Easley did. Her journey from financial despair to building a thriving 7-figure paint party business is proof that art can change everything.
Painting Her Way Out
At her lowest point, Heidi started painting small wooden surfboards as a way to heal. What began as therapy soon sparked a business idea. After setting up a tiny market stall with help from her mother-in-law, she ended up selling over 1,000 surfboards in just two months, earning more than her entire teaching salary.
From Surfboards to Paint Parties
Heidi didn’t stop there. After moving back to Texas, she discovered the power of paint parties – events where people gather to paint, connect, and have fun. What started with small gatherings has now grown into Paint Party Headquarters, where she teaches others how to run their own creative events.
Building a Business, One Party at a Time
Even while teaching full-time, Heidi built up her paint party income on the side until it eventually surpassed her salary. But she didn’t leap right away. She believes in building slowly and sustainably, only quitting her job when the numbers made sense.
Now she teaches paint parties both in person and online and has helped thousands of others do the same.
