Terms and Conditions for One-to-One Coaching Services

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of one-to-one coaching services (“Services”) offered by United ArtSpace’s Designated Coaches (“Coach”) to members of United ArtSpace (“Platform”), facilitated by United ArtSpace (“Business”). By signing up for the Services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Scope of Services:
  • The Services provided by the Coach include personalised coaching sessions conducted over Zoom, aimed at giving artists tailored coaching to assist in their artistic practice and development in their art business.
  • Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times between the Coach and the Client.
  1. Fees and Payment:
  • The Client agrees to pay the specified fee for each coaching session in advance, as outlined on the Platform.
  • Payments shall be made through the Platform’s designated payment system.
  • No refunds can be given once the session has been provided
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  • The Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
  1. Confidentiality:
  • Both the Coach and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions.
  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the disclosing party.
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • All materials provided by the Coach during the sessions are for the Client’s personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
  • United ArtSpace retains all intellectual property rights to any materials or resources provided to the Client during the Services.
  1. Career Development Assistance:
  • The Coach will provide guidance and strategies tailored to helping artists develop in their practice and business growth from their art.
  • The Client acknowledges that results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • The Coach and United ArtSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services.
  • In no event shall the total liability of the Coach and United ArtSpace exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.
  1. Termination:
  • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice to the other party.
  • Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of UK.
  1. Modification of Terms:
  • These Terms may be updated or modified by the Coach and United ArtSpace from time to time.
  • The Client will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

By signing up for the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
