This is a reminder to you that having belief in yourself is the first step towards achieving and reaching your dreams, but can this sometimes hinder your views?

When you believe in your dreams, I mean really believe in yourself, the feeling and desire to achieve and reach for these dreams can become consuming. It can overtake you and this can in turn hinder you in some way or another. So how helpful is it to believe in your dreams?

I was joined back in January by Steve McDermott. Steve is an international motivational speaker and best selling author of ‘How to be a Complete and Utter F**k up’.

We discussed this very subject. Steve and I explore what a belief is, how you created yours and how to create more empowering ones in order to be more happy, successful and fulfilled.

If you take anything away from this blog, remember to never stop dreaming and trying to achieve your dreams, no matter how big or small. I will leave you with this little quote as a reminder to never give up:
“Believe you can and you’re halfway there”

Much love,
