This week I talk about how we all need to be more like Plantain 🙂 Yes, the banana!

This incredible plant is adapting to its environment and surviving climate changes. It ‘acts’ differently depending on its environment and this adaptation is unconventional.
This got me thinking about the hurdles in life we face, how our environment changes and how we need to adapt too.
We have the power to change our environment.
When you begin to imagine the life you want to create, the brain will begin to naturally adapt and seek out opportunities and ways of making it happen.
“If you are not happy with where you are, imagine where you want to be” – quote from the film ‘Wonder’.
Every time my environment has changed for the worse, I have imagined how I want it to be. I used this technique to build United ArtSpace to where it is today. I also used this technique when I faced becoming a single parent. I also use this when I want to overcome a difficult task or piece of work I need to finish.
Imagine your environment, what do you need to do, who do you need to be to adapt??
It’s not enough to do this once, you need to focus on what you want and think about it daily.
